1.1. Introduction

Welcome to Tsarev Marketing (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1.2. Services Provided

We provide the following marketing services:

• SEO optimization

• Content marketing

• Advertising campaign management

• Lead generation

• Marketing consulting

All services are customized based on individual client needs.

1.3. Payment Terms

• Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis.

• Full payment is required before the start of any work.

1.4. Service Guarantee & Liability

• We guarantee at least one lead as a result of our services.

• We do not take responsibility for how clients use the leads or implement marketing strategies after our service is completed.

1.5. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel services at any time.

• However, no refunds will be issued once payment has been made. The full service fee will be retained.

1.6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes should first be attempted to be resolved through negotiations.

• If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy 

2.1. Refund Eligibility

• A full refund will be issued if the service fails to generate at least one lead.

• If at least one lead is generated, the payment is non-refundable.

2.2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

• Clients can request a refund within 30 days of payment.

• Refund requests made after 30 days will not be processed.

2.3. Refund Process

• Refunds cover only the service fee and do not include any advertising budgets spent on platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads.

• Refunds are processed manually by Tsarev Marketing and may take up to 10 business days to complete.
